3. How we share your information
We don’t. We’ll never share your data with anyone, unless either required to by law, or approved by you (in writing) in order to provide a product or service (for example, giving a courier your delivery address if we’re arranging the delivery of something to you, or on your behalf).
4. How we use your information
We use aggregated data to measure the number of visitors to different parts of our website and to measure and improve the effectiveness of our marketing communications and advertising.
If you choose to provide us with personal information (such as your email address), we will use that personal information to communicate with you, including in relation to all the goods and services which we provide to you or which we consider might be of interest to you. This may include electronic marketing communications, such as email marketing. It may also include adding you to lists/segments on the marketing platforms that we use, such as Meta and HubSpot. This is always done in line with privacy regulations and security best practices, and nobody other than our team has access to this information.
5. Advertising and analytics
We don’t use any cookies ourselves on our website. We do use a range of third party cookies via our advertising and analytics platforms. In these cases, your information may be used by that third party in accordance with its own privacy policy, such as Google Analytics, Facebook, and HubSpot. These third party cookies include the following features:
- Google Analytics (including Demographics and Interest Reporting): This gives us insight into behaviour information relating to visitor age, gender and interests on an anonymous and aggregate level. See the Google Analytics privacy policy for more.
- Microsoft Clarity: We use Clarity to analyse what people do on each page of our website, such as how far down people scroll or where they click first. This never includes any personal information, and all form fields are obfuscated (hidden) so we never see form data in Clarity. See the Microsoft privacy policy for more.
- Meta Pixel: This helps us tailor ads, understand what users are doing on our website at an anonymised level, and make recommendations to people who may be interested in the products and services we offer. See the Meta Pixel privacy policy for more.
- HubSpot: We use HubSpot to keep a record of our customer interactions, in order to tailor our products and services to you, and provide you with better customer service. HubSpot also has analytics features built in, to help us measure the effectiveness of the content on our website. See the HubSpot privacy policy for more.
If you don’t want to use any cookies, most browsers allow you to control and manage the use of cookies through your browser settings.
6. How we store and safeguard your personal information
How long we keep your personal information
We only keep your personal information for as long as it’s needed in connection with the purposes for which it was collected, or as otherwise required by law.
When you submit data through a form on our website, this is stored on our web server for a limited period of time, before it’s erased. The information may be retained in our email inboxes however.
Our storage and security measures
We follow industry best practice to ensure the personal information we hold is secure. This includes the use of two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on all data storage, file storage, and cloud services.
